The NBA fined Bonzi Wells (Mem) $5,000 for throwing the ball into the
stands during Tuesday's Phi-Mem game.

The NBA fined Jamaal Magloire (NO) $5,000 for throwing the ball into the
stands during Tuesday's NO-Mia game.

Houston signed Charles Oakley to a 10-day contract and placed Kelvin Cato
on IR with a strained left shoulder.

Atlanta signed Michael Bradley for the rest of the season and signed Jason
Collier to a 2nd 10-day contract.  Atlanta elected not to sign Josh Davis to
a 2nd 10-day contract.
