News from July 22.

Cleveland signed Ira Newble to a 5 year, $15 million contract.  The 5th year
is at Cleveland's option.

Washington signed restricted free agent Gilbert Arenas to a 6 year, $63.75
million offer sheet.  Golden State has 15 days to match the offer [but 
due to salary cap restrictions, will be unable to do so].

Shareef Abdur-Rahim (Atl) underwent minor back surgery.  He is expected to
be recovered by training camp.

Phoenix re-signed Jake Voskuhl to a 3 year contract.
