Cleveland promoted Jim Paxson from GM to president and gave him a new
multi-year contract.

The LA Clippers elected not to match Denver's 6 year, $51 million offer
sheet to restricted free agent Andre Miller and the 15 day waiting period
has passed.  Thus Miller is officially now a member of the Nuggets.
