Memphis signed 1st round draft pick (#16) Troy Bell to a 3 year,
$4,145,640 contract with a 4th year worth $2,267,682 at the team's option.

Memphis signed 1st round draft pick (#20) Dahntay Jones to a 3 year,
$3,430,200 contract with a 4th year worth $1,886,113 at the team's option.

Minnesota signed 1st round draft pick (#26) Ndudi Ebi to a 3 year,
$2,704,320 contract with a 4th year worth $1,738,669 at the team's option.

Anthony Carter (Mia) failed to inform Miami by the June 30 deadline that
he was exercising his "opt-in" clause of his contract to be under contract
for 1 more season at $4.1 million.  Thus, Carter is a free agent.  A
player "opt-in" clause requires the player to inform the team that the 
player plans on playing under the option year where as with a player 
"opt-out" clause, the player only has to inform the team if he is not
going to play for the rest of the option year(s).
