The NBA named Jason Terry (Dal) and LeBron James (Cle) as Players of the
Week.  Terry averaged 18.3 points including 72.1% (31-43) FG and 9-13
3-pointers and 6 assists as Dallas went 4-0.  James averaged 24.7 points,
10.3 rebounds, and 8.7 assists as Cleveland went 2-1.

Atlanta activated Kevin Willis and placed Donta Smith on IR with knee
tendinitis.

The LA Clippers activated Marko Jaric and placed Mamadou N'diaye on IR
with back spasms.

Philadelphia activated Josh Davis and placed Kevin Ollie on IR with right
knee tendinitis.
