Golden State activated Luis Flores and placed Derek Fisher on IR with a
sprained right knee.

New Orleans signed Lonny Baxter and placed David West on IR with a right
knee contusion.  New Orleans was granted a 2nd injury exception to make the
move.

Utah activated Curtis Borchardt and placed Jarron Collins on IR with a right
knee strain.
