MCL.

Denver signed Wesley Person and placed Luis Flores on IR with a strained
right hamstring.

New Jersey activated Rodney Buford and Brian Scalabrine and placed Billy
Thomas on IR with a sore right Achilles.

Utah signed Randy Livingston to a 10-day contract.
