The NBA held the drawings to determine the draft order and number of lottery
chances for teams that finished with the same record.
New Orleans won the draw with Charlotte (18-64).
Toronto won the draw with New York (33-49).
Golden State won the draw with the LA Lakers (34-48).
Boston won the draw with Memphis and Washington and then Memphis won the
draw with Washington (45-37).
San Antonio won the draw with Miami (59-23).

The lottery determines the #1, #2, and #3 picks and the rest of the
picks are in order of worst records.  The lottery will be held May 24.
The NBA draft is June 28.
