Eric Snow (Cle) was named as the winner of the J. Walter Kennedy Citizenship
Award, as selected by the Pro Basketball Writers Association.  Adonal Foyle
(GS), Richard Hamilton (Det), and Shaquille O'Neal (Mia) along with Snow
were finalists for the award.

Erazem Lorbek (21 yrs old, Slovania, forward) declared himself eligible for
