TRADE: The LA Lakers traded Shaquille O'Neal to Miami for Caron Butler, 
Lamar Odom, Brian Grant, and a 1st round draft pick.

TRADE: The LA Clippers traded Eddie House and Melvin Ely to Charlotte for 
2nd round draft picks in 2005 and 2006.

Atlanta re-signed Jason Collier to a 2 year, $3.15 million contract.

Boston re-signed Mark Blount a 6 year, $42 million contract.

Charlotte signed Jason Hart to a 3 year, $4.95 million contract with a 
player opt-out after the 2nd year.

Charlotte signed Tamar Slay.

Dallas re-signed Marquis Daniels to a 6 year, $38,587,500 contract.  The 6th
year is at Dallas' option.

Dallas signed Didier Ilunga-Mbenga to a 2 year, $3.36 million contract.

Detroit signed Antonio McDyess to a 5 year, $29 million contract.  The 5th
year is performanced based - if McDyess plays 60 games or more, he gets the
5th year.

Detroit signed Carlos Delfino to a 3 year, $2,908,800 contract with a 4th
year worth $1,868,141 at the team's option.  Delfino was the #25 pick of the
2003 draft.

Golden State re-signed Adonal Foyle to a 6 year, $41.6 million contract.

Memphis signed Brian Cardinal to a 6 year, $37 million contract.

Philadelphia signed Brian Skinner to a 5 year, $25 million contract.

Phoenix signed Steve Nash to a 6 year, $66 million contract.

San Antonio re-signed Bruce Bowen to a 4 year, $21 million contract with the
4th year only partially guaranteed.

San Antonio signed 1st round draft pick (#28) Beno Udrih to a 3 year,
$2,714,400 contract with a 4th year worth $1,747,096 at the team's option.

Seattle signed 1st round draft pick (#12) Robert Swift to a 3 year,
$5,293,440 contract with a 4th year worth $2,601,113 at the team's option.

Toronto signed Rafer Alston to a 6 year, $28 million contract.

Utah re-signed Carlos Arroyo to a 4 year, $16 million contract.

Milwaukee signed restricted free agent Etan Thomas to a 6 year, $38
million offer sheet.  Washington has 15 days to match the offer.

Orlando signed restricted free agent Hedo Turkoglu to a 6 year, $38 million
offer sheet.  San Antonio has 15 days to match the offer.

Utah signed restricted free agent Carlos Boozer to a 6 year, $68 million
offer sheet.  Cleveland has 15 days to match the offer.

Utah signed restricted free agent Mehmet Okur to a 6 year, $50 million 
offer sheet.  Detroit has 15 days to match the offer.
