Utah re-signed Gordan Giricek to a 4 year, $16 million contract.

New Orleans signed restricted free agent Chris Andersen to a 2 year, $2.3
million contract.  Denver agreed to renounce the 15 day waiting period
during which Denver had the right to match the offer.
