Orlando suspended Steve Francis indefinitely for conduct detrimental to
the team.  Francis refused to re-enter Wednesday's Orl-Sea game during the
4th quarter.

Slava Medvedenko (LAL) underwent surgery to repair a herniated disc in his
lower back.  He is out for the season.

Detroit activated Alex Acker and placed Jason Maxiell on IL.  [It was the
first IL transaction for Detroit, the last team to make their first IL
move.]

San Antonio activated Beno Udrih and placed Sean Marks on IL.

Cleveland activated Anderson Varejao and placed Martynas Andriuskevicius
on IL.
