The NBA named Baron Davis (GS) and Dwyane Wade (Mia) as Players of the
Week.  Davis averaged 21 points and 13 assists as Golden State went 3-0.
Wade averaged 28 points and 6 assists as Miami went 3-1.

Joe Smith (Mil) is scheduled to undergo surgery on his left knee and is
expected to be out 6 to 8 weeks.

Milwaukee signed Josh Davis.

Houston released Dion Glover.

Aleksandar Pavlovic (Cle) is expected to be out at least 2 weeks with a
sprained left ankle.

San Antonio activated Manu Ginobili and placed Sean Marks on IL.
