News from July 20.

The July moratorium was extended indefinitely while the new CBA was being
finalized.  The moratorium would finally end August 2.

Milwaukee named Brian James as an assistant coach.

Philadelphia named Jim Lynam, John Loyer, and Bernard Smith as assistant
coaches.

Washington reportedly reached a 5 year, $30 million contract agreement
with Antonio Daniels.  The new contract can not be signed until the July 
moratorium ends.
