Detroit signed restricted free agent Maurice Evans to a 4 year, $4.8
million offer sheet.  Sacramento has 7 days to match the offer.

Minnesota signed Dwayne Jones to a 2 year, minimum contract.

Seattle matched Minnesota's 5 year, $15 million contract offer to
restricted free agent Damien Wilkins.  Thus Wilkins remains with Seattle.
