Miami re-signed Shandon Anderson to a 1 year, minimum contract.

The LA Lakers signed Will Conroy.

Portland made a 2 year offer sheet to restricted free agent Steve Blake.
Washington has 7 days to match the offer.

The NBA announced the NBA teams' affiliation with the NBDL teams.
Per the new collective bargaining agreement, a team can send a first or
second year player down to the NBDL during the season.  The NBA team 
would still pay that player's salary and the player would be listed on the
NBA team's inactive list.  A team can have a maximum of 2 players in the
NBDL at the same time.
