The NBA announced that the New Orleans Hornets will play 35 of their home
games in Oklahoma City and 6 games in Baton Rouge.  The Hornets' home
arena was damaged by Hurricane Katrina.

Miami signed Gary Payton to a 1 year, minimum contract.

Philadelphia signed Lee Nailon.
