The NBA named Carmelo Anthony (Den) and Dwyane Wade (Mia) as Players of
the Week.  Anthony averaged 30.3 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 7.8 assists as
Denver went 2-2.  Wade averaged 27.5 points and 8.8 assists as Miami went
3-1.

Baron Davis (GS) is scheduled to undergo arthroscopic surgery on his left
knee today (Tuesday) to clean out debris.

The LA Clippers activated Paul Davis and placed Elton Brand on IL with
back spasms.

Atlanta activated Stanislav Medvedenko and placed Jeremy Richardson on IL.
