The NBA named Manu Ginobili (SA) and LeBron James (Cle) as Players of the
Week.  Ginobili averaged 20.5 points and 5 rebounds as San Antonio went
4-0.  James averaged 32.8 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 7.8 assists as
Cleveland went 4-0.

New York signed president and head coach Isiah Thomas to a reported 3 year
contract extension.

Orlando activated Travis Deiner and placed Keyon Dooling on IL.
