Jorge Garbajosa (Tor) underwent surgery on his right leg and ankle to
repair a fractured tibula and displaced ankle joint with a ligament tear.
He is expected to be out 6 months.

Charlie Villanueva (Mil) underwent arthroscopic surgery on his shoulder.
He is expected to be out 4 to 6 months.

Philadelphia signed Louis Amundson for the rest of the season.

Toronto activated Orien Greene and placed David Harrison on IL.
