Golden State recalled Patrick O'Bryant from the NBADL.

Quentin Richardson (NY) will miss the rest of the season with a sore 
lower back.

Eddie House (NJ) is out indefinitely with a mild concussion and a partial
tear of the left hip muscle.

Portland promoted Kevin Pritchard to GM.  Pritchard had been the assistant
GM.

Portland activated Brandon Roy and placed Ime Udoka on IL with a
concussion.

Phoenix activated Marcus Banks and placed Sean Marks on IL.
