The NBA fined Kirk Hinrich (Chi) $25,000 for throwing his mouth piece
during Saturday's Mia-Chi game.

Chris Paul (NO) underwent surgery on his left foot to have a screw
inserted to help repair a stress fracture.

Brandan Wright (freshman, UNC, forward) and Jaycee Carroll (junior, Utah
State, guard) declared themselves eligible for the NBA draft.

Leandro Barbosa (Pho) was named as Sixth Man of the Year.  Barbosa 
received 101 of a possible 127 1st place media votes.
