News from June 7.

Orlando named Stan Van Gundy as head coach.  Van Gundy was signed to a 
reported 4 year, $16 million contract.  Since Van Gundy was still
undercontract with Miami as a consultant, Orlando sent Miami a 2nd round
draft pick in 2007 (#39) and gave Miami the right to swap 1st round draft
picks in 2008 (lottery protected) or a 2nd round draft pick in 2008 (if
picks not swapped).

Seattle named Sam Presti as GM.

Charlotte named Phil Ford and Lee Rose as assistant coaches.  Jeff Capel
was also retained as an assistant coach.

James Mays (junior, Clemson, forward) withdrew his name from the NBA
draft.
