TRADE: In a sign-and-trade, Dallas re-signed Darrell Armstrong to a 1
year, minimum contract and traded him and Rawle Marshall and Josh Powell
to Indiana for Anthony Johnson.

Toronto signed Jorge Garbajosa to a 3 year, $12 million contract.

Sacramento signed John Salmons to a 5 year, $25.5 million contract.
Salmons had previously changed his mind causing the cancelation of a
sign-and-trade where Philadelphia would have Salmons would have re-signed 
Salmons to a 5 year, $23 million contract and then traded him to Toronto 
for a 2007 2nd round draft pick.

Sacramento signed Pooh Jeter and Justin Williams.
