Memphis signed Jeremy Richardson.

Miami activated Jason Williams and Joel Anthony and placed Alexander
Johnson and Alonzo Mourning on IL.  Mourning underwent surgery on his 
right knee to repair a torn patellar tendon.  Mourning will likely be out
for the rest of the season - and it is likely the end of his career as he
planned on retiring after the season ended.

Houston activated Steve Novak and placed Tracy McGrady on IL with a sore
left knee.

Denver activated Chucky Atkins.
