McCloskey.  McCloskey was the GM from 1979 - 1992.

Houston signed Mike Harris for the rest of the season.

Utah recalled Kyrylo Fesenko and Morris Almond from the NBADL.

Cleveland activated Daniel Gibson and placed Lance Allred on IL.

Detroit activated Richard Hamilton and placed Lindsey Hunter on IL.
