News from July 1.

New Jersey has reportedly agreed to a 4 year, $61 million contract with
Vince Carter with a 5th year at the team's option.

The LA Lakers have reportedly agreed to a 6 year, $30 million contract
with Luke Walton.

Toronto has reportedly agreed to a 4 year, $24 million contract with Miami
free agent Jason Kapono.  

The contracts can not be signed until the July Moratorium ends (July 11).
