Dallas signed Devin Harris to a 5 year, $50 million contract extension.
Harris is now signed through 2012-13.

Philadelphia signed Washington free agent Calvin Booth to a 2 year, minimum
contract with the 2nd year at the player's option.

Toronto named Eric Hughes as an assistant coach.
