The NBA fined Kendrick Perkins (Bos) $10,000 for his flagrant foul on
Jason Maxiell (Det) during Friday's Bos-Det game.

Boston activated J.R. Giddens and placed Kevin Garnett (ill) on IL.

Sacramento activated Kenny Thomas and Quincy Douby and placed Brad Miller
(strained abdominal) and Beno Udrih (bruised calf) on IL.
