TRADE: Milwaukee traded Tyronn Lue to Orlando for Keith Bogans and cash.

Commissioner David Stern named Ray Allen (Bos) as an injury replacement
for Jameer Nelson (Orl) for the All-Star game.

Utah activated Deron Williams and placed C.J. Miles (bronchitis) on IL.

Boston activated Kevin Garnett and placed J.R. Giddens on IL.  Giddens was
assigned to the NBADL.

Indiana activated Brandon Rush and placed Marquis Daniels on IL.

Philadelphia activated Kareem Rush and placed Elton Brand on IL.  Brand is
scheduled to undergo season ending surgery on Monday on his right
shoulder.
