News from July 17.

Milwaukee signed Dallas free agent Malik Allen.  [Tyronn Lue was also
reported as signed, but did not report for his physical and, thus, was not
signed.]

The LA Clippers signed restricted free agent Kelenna Azubuike to a 3 year,
$9 million offer sheet.  Golden State has 7 days to match the offer.

Utah signed Deron Williams to a 4 year contract extension with the 4th
year at the player's option.

Minnesota re-signed Craig Smith to a 2 year contract.
