Philadelphia signed 1st round draft pick (#16) Marreese Speights to a 2
year, $3,200,880 contract with 2 more years worth $4,495,215 at the 
team's option.

Oklahoma City signed Utah restricted free agent C.J. Miles to an offer
sheet.  Utah has 7 days to match the offer.
