Pat Garrity (Orl) announced his retirement from the NBA.

Oklahoma City re-signed Robert Swift.

Miami re-signed Chris Quinn to a 2 year, $2 million contract with the 2nd
year at the player's option.

Jason Collins (Min) underwent surgery on his right elbow to repair a
ruptured triceps tendon.  He is expected to be out 6 to 8 weeks.
