News from September 3.

Oklahoma City announced that the team's new name is Thunder and the colors
are blue, red-orange, and yellow [team was the Seattle Sonics].

Miami released Stephane Lasme.

Manu Ginobili (SA) underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left ankle.  He
will be on crutches for 3 weeks and then will be re-evaluated as to how
long his rehabilitation will take.  Early predictions are that he will be
out 2 to 3 months.
