in his left kneecap.

Glen Davis (Bos) underwent surgery to repair a broken right thumb and is
expected to be out at least 6 weeks.

Orlando exercised their 10-11 option for Ryan Anderson.

Dallas placed Josh Howard (sore left ankle), Tim Thomas (right knee
surgery), and Shawne Williams on IL.

Washington placed Antawn Jamison (separated right shoulder), Javaris
Crittenton (strained tendon left foot), and Paul Davis on IL.

The LA Clippers placed Mardy Collins, Blake Griffin (stress fracture left
kneecap), and Brian Skinner on IL.

The LA Lakers placed Pau Gasol (strained right hamstring) on IL.

Boston placed Tony Allen (sore right ankle), Glen Davis (broken right
thumb), and Bill Walker (right knee surgery) on IL.

Cleveland placed Leon Powe (left knee surgery), Delonte West, and Danny
