News from March 9.

The NBA suspended Danny Granger (Ind) and Channing Frye (Pho) for 1 game
for their altercation during Saturday's Ind-Pho game.  Earl Watson (Ind)
was fined $30,000 for instigating and escalating the fight.  Roy Hibbert
(Ind) and Jason Richardson (Pho) were fined $25,000 for adding to the
escalation of the fight.

The LA Clippers fired Mike Dunleavy as GM.  Assistant GM Neil Olshey was
named as his replacement.

Washington signed Shaun Livingston to a 2nd 10-day contract.

Oklahoma City recalled D.J. White from the NBADL.

The LA Lakers activated Sasha Vujacic and placed Luke Walton (pinched
nerve back) on IL.

Toronto activated Hedo Turkoglu and placed Marcus Banks on IL.

Sacramento activated Omri Casspi and placed Ime Udoka (sore left knee) on
IL.

Portland placed Patrick Mills on IL.

Boston activated Michael Finley and placed Brian Scalabrine on IL.

Milwaukee activated Dan Gadzuric and placed Jerry Stackhouse (strained
left hamstring) on IL.

Utah activated Kyrylo Fesenko and placed Kosta Koufos on IL.

Houston activated Trevor Ariza and Kyle Lowry and placed David Andersen
and Will Conroy on IL.

Miami activated Dorell Wright and placed Yakhouba Diawara on IL.
