News from July 13. TRADE: Detroit traded Arron Afflalo and Walter Sharpe to Denver for a future 2nd round draft pick and cash. Orlando matched Dallas' 5 year, $33,953,200 offer to restricted free agent Marcin Gortat; thus Gortat remains with the Magic. Atlanta re-signed Mike Bibby to a 3 year, $18 million contract. Atlanta re-signed Zaza Pachulia to a 4 year, $19 million contract. Charlotte signed 2nd round draft pick (#40) Derrick Brown to a 2 year, minimum contract. Chicago signed Jannero Pargo to 1 year contract. Cleveland signed Anthony Parker to a 2 year, $6 million contract. Phoenix signed Channing Frye to a 2 year, $4 million contract with the 2nd year at the player's option. Phoenix reached a buyout agreement with Ben Wallace and released him.
