News from July 7.

Dallas signed 1st round draft pick (#25) Rodrigue Beaubois to a 2 year,
$2,231,520 contract with 2 more years worth $3,464,053 at the team's
option.

New Jersey signed 1st round draft pick (#11) Terrence Williams to a 2
year, $4,274,520 contract with 2 more years worth $5,512,756 at the team's
option.

The July Moratorium has ended and teams can now start signing free agents.
The 09-10 salary cap is $57.7 million and the luxury cap is $69.92 million
(teams over that amount have to pay a dollar-for-dollar penalty for the
amount they are over).  The midlevel exception is $5.854 million (all
teams have that exception to use towards signing free agents (can be used
on one player or split up for multiple players)).
