News from August 3.

The NBA fined Cleveland, Houston, and Minnesota an undisclosed amount for
releasing details of their 09-10 schedule before the league's official 
announcement of the 09-10 schedules.

Minnesota signed Dallas restricted free agent Ryan Hollins to a 3 year, $7
million offer sheet.  Dallas has 7 days to match the offer.
