Toronto named Dwane Casey as head coach.

Boris Diaw (Cha) exercised his 11-12 option.

Denver exercised their 12-13 option for Ty Lawson.  Denver extended
qualifying offers to Arron Afflalo, Wilson Chandler, and Gary Forbes,
making them restricted free agents.

Milwaukee extended a qualifying offer Luc Mbah a Moute, making him a
restricted free agent.
