TRADE: In a sign-and trade, Atlanta re-signed Josh Childress to a 5 year,
$34 million contract and traded him to Phoenix for a 2012 2nd round draft 
pick.

TRADE: Toronto traded Hedo Turkoglu to Phoenix for Leandro Barbosa and
Dwayne Jones.

Cleveland signed restricted free agent Kyle Lowry to a 3 year, $24 million
offer sheet.  Houston wasted no time and matched the offer sheet and, 
thus, Lowry remains with the Rockets.

The LA Lakers re-signed Derek Fisher to a 3 year contract.

New Jersey signed Travis Outlaw to a 5 year, $35 million contract.

Philadelphia signed 1st round draft pick (#2) Evan Turner to a 2 year,
9,550,560 contract with 2 more years worth $11,972,947 at the team's 
option.

New Jersey named Billy King as GM.
