News from August 20.

The NBA suspended Delonte West for 10 games for his guilty plea for
weapons charges.  West pleaded guilty on 7/15 to carring 2 loaded 
handguns and a loaded shotgun while speeding and was sentenced to 8 
months of electronic monitoring, 2 years of probation, 40 hours of 
community service, and counseling.  The suspension will occur for the 
first 10 regular season games of the season.
