News from September 21.

Nenad Krstic (OKC) underwent surgery on his right hand to repair a broken
finger.  Krstic hopes to be ready for the start of the regular season.

Ed Davis (Tor) underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee to repair
a torn meniscus.  He is expected to be out 6 weeks.

New Orleans signed Joe Alexander to a non-guaranteed contract.
