Golden State fired head coach Don Nelson and named assistant coach Keith
Smart as head coach.  Jerry Sichting, Robert Werdann, and Calbert Cheaney
were named as assistant coaches.

Dallas signed Brian Cardinal, Dee Brown, and Adam Haluska to
non-guaranteed contracts.

Charlotte signed Darius Miles.

Chicago signed John Lucas, Roger Powell, Chris Richard, Brian Scalabrine,
and Kyle Weaver.

Cleveland signed Mandy Harris, Cedric Jackson, Tasmin Mitchell, Greg
Stiemsma, and Loren Woods.

Detroit signed Ike Diogu.

Golden State signed Jeff Adrien, Cheyne Gadson, Vernon Goodridge, James
Mays, and Aaron Miles.

Houston signed Patrick Sullivan.

Indiana signed Lance Allred and 2nd round draft pick (#51) Magnum Rolle.

The LA Clippers signed Jarron Collins, Jake Voskuhl, Marquis Blakely,
Stephen Dennis, and Jon Scheyer to non-guaranteed contracts.

Miami signed Mickell Gladness and Anthony Mason Jr.

Oklahoma City signed Tweety Carter, Jerome Dyson, and Elijah Millsap.

Philadelphia signed James Florence, Trent Plaisted, and Chris Quinn to
non-guaranteed contracts.

Portland signed Dwight Lewis, Raymond Sykes, Seth Tarver, and Eric
Williams.

Sacramento signed Connor Atchley, J.R. Giddens, Luther Head, Marcus
Landry, and Donald Sloan.

San Antonio signed Marcus Cousin, Thomas Gardner, James Gist, and Bobby
Simmons.

Utah re-signed Kyrylo Fesenko to a 1 year, $1.1 million contract.

Utah signed Earl Watson.

Utah signed Ryan Thompson and Demetris Nichols.

Washington signed Mardy Collins, Lester Hudson, Sean Marks, Cartier
Martin, Adam Morrison, and Kevin Palmer.

Brad Miller (Hou) suffered a sprained left ankle and is expected to be out
10 to 14 days.

Eddy Curry (NY) is expected to be out 4 to 6 weeks with a strained right
hamstring.

Milwaukee named Anthony Goldwire as an assistant coach.

Primoz Brezec, who played with Milwaukee in 09-10, signed with Samara of 
the Russian League.

New Orleans signed Michael Washington to a non-guaranteed contract, but
released him after he was not medically cleared to play.

Note: Training camps have started.  Most of the players signed to
non-guaranteed contracts will be released before the regular season
starts.
