The NBA fined Washington owner Ted Leonsis $100,000 for unauthorized
public comments regarding the collective bargaining negotiations.  Leonsis
said that he expects the next CBA to have a hard cap.

Golden State exercised their 11-12 option for Stephen Curry.

Atlanta signed Evan Brock, Richard Delk, and Ricardo Marsh to
non-guaranteed contracts.

Denver signed Shane Edwards, Melvin Ely, Gary Forbes, and Courtney Sims.

Memphis signed Luke Jackson, Tre Kelley, Kenny Thomas, Damien Wilkins, and
Josh Davis to non-guaranteed contracts.

Milwaukee signed Tory Jackson, Chris Kramer, and Billy Rush to
non-guaranteed contracts.

New Jersey released Andre Brown.

Jason Williams (Orl) is underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee
and is expected to be out 4 weeks.

Patrick O'Bryant, who played 09-10 with Toronto, signed with Fujian XunXin
of the Chinese league.
