Cleveland activated Kyrie Irving and placed Dion Waiters (sore left knee)
on IL.

Detroit activated Will Bynum and placed Jason Maxiell on IL.

San Antonio activated Patrick Mills and placed Manu Ginobili on IL.
Ginobili is expected to be out at least a week with a sore right
hamstring.

Washington activated Bradley Beal and placed Nene (sore right knee) on IL.
