Game 4.

The NBA fined Lance Stephenson (Ind) $5,000 for his flop in Tuesday's
Mia-Ind Game 4.

The NBA fined David West (Ind) $5,000 for his flop in Tuesday's Mia-Ind
Game 4.

David Lee (GS) underwent surgery to repair a torn right hip flexor.

Wesley Matthews (Por) underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left elbow to
remove debris.
