Philadelphia signed James Nunnally to a 2nd 10-day contract.

Sacramento elected not to sign Royce White for the rest of the season
after he finished his 2nd 10-day contract.

Ersan Ilyasova (Mil) is expected to miss the rest of the season with a
right ankle injury.

Portland activated LaMarcus Aldridge and placed Allen Crabbe on IL.
