News from July 1.

Patty Mills (SA) is expected to be out 6 to 7 months with a right shoulder
injury.  He is expected to undergo surgery to repair his rotator cuff.

Milwaukee named Jason Kidd as head coach.  In compensation for allowing
Kidd to leave, Brooklyn received 2015 and 2019 2nd round picks from
Milwaukee.

Minnesota named Ryan Saunders as an assistant coach.

Note: there are lots of reports of teams reaching agreements with free
agents, but I do not report transactions until they are official.  Teams
are allowed to talk to free agents and reach agreements, but can not
formally sign them until the July Moratorium ends July 10.
