News from September 9.

The NBA suspended Greg Monroe (Det) for 2 games for his guilty plea of
driving while visibly impaired.  The suspension will occur at the start
of the 14-15 season.

Cleveland signed Shawn Marion to a 1 year, minimum contract.

New York signed Langston Galloway and Travis Wear.

Chauncey Billups (Det) announced his retirement from the NBA.
